This past week was a memorable one for the SADC, as six members were featured on ABC TV-12 News. They were interviewed about their reactions and analysis of the most recent debate between Presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, televised on TV-12's parent network. Club President Mary Harmon and Club Secretary Jerry Ulrey were joined by Executive Board members Kitty Packard, Ginger Thibodeau, and Dan Taylor. Marvin Lewis, father of former SADC President and current 98th State Representative candidate, Garnet Lewis, also joined in the lively and intelligent discussion.
Even with the differences of opinion present wherever Democrats assemble, there was a clear commitment from all to back the nominated Democratic candidate in the November general election.
