Background
An Alum of New Lothrup High School, Flint Junior College, Detroit Business School, and the Flint Barbering Institute, he and his wife Elaine have three children- Pat, Michael, and Peter.

He worked 32 years with GM in shipping and receiving in the parts division. He has also been a commercial beekeeper for over 25 years.

Mike O'Hare is a Past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus, and coached Little League baseball for about 10 years.

Opposing Candidate Information
Micheal faces Douglas Bishop in the Aug. 3 Democratic primary.

The district which covers the townships of Brady, Chesaning, Maple Grove and St. Charles and the village of Chesaning.

Proposals
• To make sure county tax dollars are used wisely.

• To get more citizens from District #1 involved in county government.

• To give everyone a voice in county government.
