Judith (Judi) Lincoln

Background
Judi Lincoln and her husband Herb have lived in Saginaw Township since 1989. They are the proud parents of six children and grandparents of eight.

She graduated summa cum laude from SVSU with a BBA in business management and cum laude from Wayne State University Law School where she was an assistant editor on the Wayne Law Review. Judi recently retired from law practice after almost 20 years.

She has served on the Saginaw Township School Board since being elected in 1998 where she has held offices of President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.

She is a mentor with the Michigan Association School Boards Members Assisting Peers Program and assisted with development of a program of mentorship for school board candidates.

Judi has served on many non-profit boards of directors including Center for Civil Justice, Underground Railroad, First Ward Community Center, Mid-Michigan Dispute Resolution Center, Davenport University Foundation, SART (Sexual Assault Response Team), Saginaw County Chapter/American Red Cross, Mitten Bay Girl Scout Council. She is a founding member and secretary of Saginaw County DART (Domestic Abuse Response Team).

She is a member of SADC.

Judi is a member of First Presbyterian Church of Saginaw where she serves as an elder and a lector.

Judith A. Lincoln will seek her first re-election campaign against Republican Kirk W. Kilpatrick.

District 14 covers north central Saginaw Township.

Proposals
To represent the best interests of the people of the 14th District and Saginaw County.

To ensure that all departments provide the highest level of service possible in light of the economic challenges facing the County. This will require astute budgeting and management of resources with no room for mistakes.

To endeavor to bring increased revenues to Saginaw County by communication with appropriate state and federal representatives and institutions.

To ensure that Healthsource provides top quality service and care for the citizens of Saginaw County and complies with all local, state and federal laws, rules and regulations.
