Ruth's opponent is Ann Doyle, former Chair of the Republican Party in Saginaw County.

The district covers the townships of Kochville and Tittabawassee and part of northwestern Saginaw Township.

Proposals
PROPOSALS:

1.To seek State and Federal funds for local services for our seniors, Parks and Recreation, business, and jobs.

2.Have proper planning for growth and development, not only in the 13th District but all of Saginaw County.

3. Address the Dioxin levels in the Tittabawassee Flood Plain. Never forget that we are Elected Officials to preserve the health and well being of all residents in Saginaw County.
