The Tittabawassee River Watch is an organization promoting the protection of people, property, and homes located along the polluted river’s floodplain from dioxin deposits stemming from the Dow Chemical plant in Midland.
Comments: The Democratic Party has a long-standing tradition of protecting the public against those who would put the private interest pursuit of monetary benefit ahead of what is good for the people of Michigan and America. We support the efforts of watchdog organizations such as TRW that look out for the public interest on environmental issues.
