Background
He worked at a GM factory in Flint to earn money to pay for his education at Michigan State University. Jerry Graduated with a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in 1982.
He worked for the Allis Chalmers Corporation to help build power plants throughout the United States as a purchasing agent and later as a projection manager.
Later, he worked for the Teleflex Corporation traveling throughout the United States and Canada giving training seminars on inventory management and manufacturing.
In 2008 he was elected Supervisor of Richfield Township in Roscommon County.
Proposals
Campbell opposes trade pacts such as the North American Free Trade Agreement.
Campbell supports extending unemployment benefits and tighter regulations on financial institutions in the aftermath of the Wall Street taxpayer-funded bailout.
